Craig N. Lundgren
Over the last 20 years, Craig N. Lundgren has represented individuals, businesses and public agencies, in small and large litigation matters. He represents clients in both state and federal courts, including bankruptcy court. He also handles both mediations and arbitrations.
General Civil Litigation: Craig has handled a broad variety of business and civil litigation, including contract, real estate, consumer, employment, civil rights, personal injury and partnership disputes.
Construction Law Experience: Craig has handled several multimillion dollar claims, representing owners, contractors and subcontractors. He has substantial experience in both private and public construction cases, collections, mechanic’s liens and stop notices, construction defects and matters involving claims for delay, disruption, acceleration, and production inefficiency. Craig has represented creditors and trustees in construction bankruptcy matters.
Mr. Lundgren has taught “Mechanics’ Lien Law and Strategies in California,” “California Law for Design Professionals,” “Spearin Doctrine Issues for Engineers,” and “Getting Paid – Collections for Contractors.” He is available to teach group classes as needed. Bankruptcy Law: Craig handles both chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcies.
Immigration Law: Craig is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and works with his associate Dong Zee in representing businesses and individuals in obtaining both immigrant and non-immigrant visas, adjusting status and naturalization.
Education: Craig received his BA degree from the University of California at Berkeley, and J.D. from the UC Davis School of Law.
Organizations: Craig is a member of the Sacramento Builders Exchange, the Bankruptcy Forum and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
